Classes For individuals of all fitness levels

All classes have options available for low impact or high impact training. Options are also offered to those with injuries. Our main focus is to meet our fitness goals while still having fun!!!

What is Jazzercise?

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn.

What is Barre?

"Most barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre or chair is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.” 

What is Pop-Pilates?

 Is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer’s body!

What is Hatha Yoga?

Today, hatha is most often used to describe gentle, basic yoga classes with no flow between poses. Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and perhaps a seated meditation at the end. Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.

How much does it cost to join?
