Purchase a Spring Pass or BARRE Sunday pass

All classes have options available for low impact or high impact training. Options are also offered to those with injuries. Our main focus is to meet our fitness goals while still having fun!!! Classes offered are BARRE for sculpt, tone and inches loss, Bootcamp, Cardio Dance (for those that love to shake it up), Miami Abs, Strength toning. 

What is Cardio Dance

Cardio Dance is a pulse-pounding fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torchin, dance party with an upbeat playlist to keep you engaged and burning calories, FAST. 

What is Barre?

"Most barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre or chair is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.” 

What is South Beach Abs

Looking to tone up your mid section? Then look no further. South Beach Abs is offered every Wednesday at 645pm. Classes use hand weights, Fitness ball (65cm) and yoga mat. Class focuses on loosing inches and toning up the belly. 

How Much does it cost to Join? 


Best deal is a monthly membership. Unlimited classes for 54$ monthly


Walk in fee for one class is 20$
